Goodlife Online Return Policy
We will only accept returns for products purchased on GoodlifePharmacy.co.ke if:
- Valid receipt is been availed
- Product has not been opened/tampered
It is the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition (including expiry date).
NOTE: If the rider leaves your premises, returns will not be accepted.
Beauty and Cosmetic products CANNOT BE RETURNED once purchased.
Refunds may take up to 48 hours and will be done via the mode of payment used to make the purchase.
