Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults only): At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–3 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Allergen Statement

Free of artificial colours, preservatives or sweeteners; no starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians.
