Vita Health Omega 3 provides essential fatty acids nutrients EPA/DHA with vitamins A & D.

Vitamin A helps to maintain normal iron metabolism and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Supports the maintenance of normal skin and vision.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth, bones, and muscle function and is required for the growth and development of bones in children.

Omega 3 nutrients EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Each capsule contains 200 mg omega-3 nutrients.
