Natures Aid Super Strength Omega-3 provides a highly concentrated and purified form of Omega-3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA.DHA and EPA help to maintain the body?s metabolism and circulation as well as maintain overall health. It helps with normal brain development, heart health, allergy, and asthma as well as fatigue.
Usage instructions: Take one capsule three times a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. DHA also maintains the normal function of the brain and vision. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to normal brain development of the feotus and breast fed infants. Each 1200mg Fish Oil softgel provides a total of 720mg of Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, including 388mg EPA and 260mg DHA as triglycerides (TG). Natures Aid Super Strength Fish Oil is sourced from small oily fish; Anchovies, Sardines and Pilchards from the South Pacific Ocean.
