With over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Ruth Elwak has proven professional HR expertise in the implementation of both strategic and operational day-to-day running of human resources, having served in the Manufacturing, Accounting Services, Retail and HR consulting services. She currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources & Training at Goodlife Pharmacy Ltd.

She has a wealth of experience in advisory support to the Board of Directors, Executive/Senior Leadership team, Heads of Department, Regional and Line Management in relation to the evolving business needs, with regards to implementation of the company’s overall mission, strategy and plans of action.

Ruth holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from The University of Nairobi and Catholic University of Eastern Africa, respectively. She also holds a Post-graduate Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business.

Ruth Elwak is a certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP – K) having recently graduated from the College of Human Resources; she is also a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM), in good standing.
