Justin Melvin

Justin Melvin is the Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 30 years’ experience to Goodlife, including an extensive background in both the retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, where he held senior executive positions in operations management, strategic planning, business development and partner relations. Prior to Goodlife, Justin served as the General Manager of Kuku Foods Ltd., the East African franchise holder of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Under Justin’s leadership, the company profitably grew its network from 4 to 13 locations countrywide. The company also gained recognition through the 2015 franchise of the year award as the Best Franchise in Africa – a first-time award outside South Africa. Earlier in his career, Justin spent time with global FMCG companies including PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Company in multiple roles across the globe including, Nigeria, East Africa, Indian Ocean Islands, China, North Africa, Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
